Our office support staff are the backbone of our company providing a variety of day to day duties such as reception, office administraton, conveyancing, accounting, bookkeeping and marketing, (light) in-house computer maintenance and more.
Skill requirements include real estate and property management software (Yardi, Ambiance, RealBroker - training provided ), office production software (Word & Excel, Outlook, Acrobat - for creating PDF documents) as well as graphic and desktop software (Photoshop and InDesign).
Working knowledge of web design or web editor programs and general computer trouble-shooting are an asset.
