Background & Experience

David has been in Victoria since 2005, he has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2015 and is well-known as a committed and trustworthy representative for CRE owners and tenants alike.

His background in small business, project management, multi-family ownership, urban forestry, building trades, and the wellness industry provide a well-rounded perspective for the many facets of the CRE industry. David has worked with a number of clients to resolve underperforming real estate portfolios of various sizes as a sales representative, property/project manager and consultant. 

David is highly involved in the local arts and technology communities and has been a resident of James Bay for several years.
